You will receive all of the information about your reservation, including the door code, as soon as the reservation is complete. The final step in the reservation process is signing the rental agreement and uploading a picture of the ID that matches the card used. An email will automatically send within a few minutes giving you the address, door code, along with information about the property and surrounding area.

Each guest will have all the linens and towels necessary. This includes sheets and pillowcases, quilts, blankets, and at least one towel and washcloth per person. Additionally, each reservation will include a 'starter kit' of amenities. This starter kit includes essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and dish detergent to get you through your first night.

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. If our cleaners finish early, we will gladly allow early check-in, although we cannot take a request for this. Late check-outs are not accommodated.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire stay. No exceptions.

Parties are not allowed. At no point can there be more people in the property than allowed.

If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, guests will receive a refund for any unused portion of their trip. Refunds outside the cancellation policy are not issued for storms that do not have official warnings or evacuation mandates.

While most of our properties do not allow pets, we do have some pet friendly options. In those properties, we welcome responsible pet owners with well behaved, non aggressive dogs. If bringing a dog, it must be registered as a guest (choosing 1 or 2 pets during the booking process), which adds a $75 pet fee and triggers an additional rental agreement outlining specific pet rules. If no pet fee is paid, and it is discovered that there is a pet on the property, you will be asked to leave and an additional $250 fee will be charged.
