Guests who stay with Coastal South Vacation Rentals now receive access to complimentary daily activities during their vacation.

You will receive all reservation information, including your door code, once your reservation is fully completed.

The final step is signing the rental agreement and uploading a picture ID that matches the payment method used. Once complete, an automated email will send within minutes with your address, check-in instructions, and property information.

Yes! Guests who stay with Coastal South Vacation Rentals receive one free admission, per activity, per day of their stay through our complimentary activities program.

Activities may include parasailing, mini golf, dolphin cruises, party boat fishing, admission to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, or a 4-person beach chair setup.

After booking and completing your rental agreement, you will receive a personalized link to reserve your activities. Your included ticket is completely free, and additional tickets can be purchased if desired.

Each property includes all necessary linens and towels, including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and at least one towel and washcloth per guest.

We also provide a starter supply kit that includes essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, and similar items to help you get settled in comfortably.

Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

If our cleaners finish early, we are happy to allow early check-in whenever possible, although we cannot guarantee or schedule early arrivals ahead of time.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, guests will receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.

Refunds outside the standard cancellation policy are not issued for storms that do not result in official evacuation orders.

While many properties are not pet friendly, we do offer select dog-friendly rentals for responsible pet owners.

Guests bringing dogs must register them during booking, which adds a pet fee and includes an additional pet agreement outlining property rules.

Unauthorized pets may result in removal from the property along with additional charges.
