What types of properties do you help with?
We help with investment properties, single-family homes (primary or second homes), and land. If you’re unsure what’s best, we’ll talk through options and align the plan with your goals.
Can you represent sellers too?
Yes. We represent sellers with pricing strategy, listing preparation guidance, strong marketing exposure, and skilled negotiation—aimed at a smooth contract-to-close.
Do you specialize in investment properties?
Absolutely. We’ll discuss location tradeoffs, property type, market dynamics, and your timeline so you can pursue opportunities that fit your strategy.
If I buy an investment property, do I get a discount on management fees?
Yes! Buyers who use Coastal South Realty as the buyer’s agent for a transaction and Coastal South Vacation Rentals for management will receive a discount of 5% off their management fee for the first year.
