Lana Pennington brings years of real estate experience and serves as the broker behind Coastal South. Her knowledge, professionalism, and steady guidance help keep the company grounded in strong standards, smart decision-making, and a deep respect for both property owners and guests.

Jonathan Hall is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of Coastal South Vacation Rentals. From guest communication and owner relationships to property oversight, marketing, vendor coordination, and hands-on problem solving, Jonathan is deeply involved in making sure each property is cared for and each guest experience reflects the Coastal South standard.

A Wave We Go brings a fun side to the coast with transportation and entertainment services, including the famous “Sharty Bus.” From bachelor and bachelorette parties to weddings, bar crawls, and group transportation, A Wave We Go was created to help visitors experience the Gulf Coast in a memorable and stress-free way.

JOLA Investments focuses on real estate investment opportunities and long-term growth throughout the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area. Through hands-on ownership and management experience, Jonathan and Lana understand what makes a successful beach investment and use that experience to better serve their owners and clients.
