Do you have restaurant seating inside, or is everything to go?

We are an all-to-go restaurant. The concept was specifically designed to fit the retail space available, and our custom smokehouse was built onsite. You’ll probably smell the delicious aroma as you pull into The Square to pick up your feast. It may be hard to wait until you get back to your balcony to dig in!

Why do I need to order 3 days in advance?

Because we no longer “batch smoke” and hope for the best. To provide the Best BBQ at the Beach, we act as your personal pitmasters. Your feast, especially our signature BBQ’d Salmon, requires a specific brining and slow-smoking process.

We time your food to be ready at your selected pickup time for the best quality. Please pick up on time. If you are late, or if you plan to eat later, you may need to reheat your food.

Is the BBQ’d Salmon really included in every Feast?

Yes! Our BBQ’d Salmon is a local legend, and we believe no beach feast is complete without it. Every package automatically includes 1 lb of our signature hot-smoked salmon.

Our Signature BBQ’d Salmon is dry rubbed and smoked onsite with pecan wood for every order. It does not have sauce on it.

What exactly comes in the “Fixins”?

Every feast starts with:

  • 1 lb Signature BBQ’d Salmon
  • 1 lb Smoked Sausages
  • Pickles and onions
  • 1 bottle of Smokehouse Sauce
When should I place my order for my BBQ Feast?

As soon as possible, as we fill up fast. If you already have your vacation scheduled, go ahead and reserve your BBQ Feast.

BBQ Feast Ordering Guide:

Pickup Monday: Order Wednesday of the prior week

Pickup Tuesday: Order Thursday of the prior week

Pickup Wednesday: Order Friday of the prior week

Pickup Thursday: Order Monday of the same week

Pickup Friday: Order Tuesday of the same week

Can I order for a Monday pickup?

Absolutely! We know many local restaurants are closed on Mondays. We’ve opened our smokers on Mondays from 3 PM to 7 PM specifically to solve your Monday dinner dilemma.

Please place orders for Monday pickup on Wednesday of the prior week.

How do I get my food?

We are a takeout-only smokehouse. When you book, you’ll select a specific pickup appointment time between 3 PM and 7 PM. Your feast will be packed and ready to go, so you can skip the restaurant lines and head straight to your balcony.

What if I’m a local and forgot to order 3 days out?

We love our locals! While the 3-day rule is firm for guaranteed Feasts, you can order smoked meat or smoked fish under Add Ons with only 1 business day notice.

Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram. If we have extra smoker capacity on a given day, we’ll post a “Pitmaster Alert” for same-day claims. Scroll to the bottom of the website for the Local VIP menu.

Will you have anything smoked ahead in the shop for walk-in customers?

The short answer is no. The longer answer is that we may have BBQ’d Salmon and dips available while supplies last each day.

We encourage you to pre-order on our website so you get exactly what you want, when you want it. Your order is smoked fresh specifically for you, ensuring the best quality and flavor. This helps us plan staffing and inventory while eliminating waste.
