The Condo

Harbor House B32 features a bright, coastal-inspired interior with tile flooring, comfortable furnishings, and Gulf views. The living area offers plenty of seating to relax after a day at the beach, along with a television for enjoying your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig-style coffee maker are provided.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Gulf views, and direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups of up to 6 guests. The condo also includes an updated full bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience.

Located on the top floor, B32 offers the benefit of having no neighbors overhead. Please note that the unit is accessed by two flights of stairs, as Harbor House does not have an elevator.

Harbor House is a beachfront complex offering a more relaxed atmosphere than many of the larger resorts in Gulf Shores. Guests have access to a beautifully renovated, heated beachfront swimming pool and private beach access reserved exclusively for Harbor House owners and guests.

Harbor House B32 is located on the top floor and requires climbing two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, must sign a rental agreement, provide a valid government-issued photo ID, and remain at the property throughout the reservation.

This is a non-smoking, non-pet-friendly property.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, and laundry and dishwasher detergent is included.

Two private beach access key fobs are provided for guest use.
