Harbor Place 408 is a comfortable, updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in a beachfront complex on Perdido Beach Boulevard. With accommodations for up to six guests, direct beach access, and a convenient selection of on-site amenities, this condo is a great choice for families and small groups visiting Orange Beach.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a 58-inch Roku TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a 40-inch Roku TV, making it a practical space for children or additional guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping space for two more guests. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms, giving everyone room to get ready after a day at the beach.
The living area offers comfortable seating and a 58-inch Roku TV for relaxing evenings at the condo. Recent updates include new wood-look tile plank flooring, fresh paint, and select new furnishings that give the space a clean, refreshed feel.
Step onto the private balcony to enjoy an angled view toward the Gulf. Harbor Place units do not directly face the beach, but the balcony still provides a pleasant outdoor space for taking in the coastal surroundings. Polywood-style balcony seating includes a table with seating for four, plus two additional chairs.
Harbor Place is a beachfront complex with interior, hotel-style hallways leading to each unit. Guests enjoy direct access to the beach without needing to cross Perdido Beach Boulevard. Community amenities include an indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, a hot tub, a covered picnic area, and charcoal grills—everything needed for an easygoing family beach vacation.

Rental Requirements
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. A valid ID and completed rental agreement are required during the reservation checkout process.
