We welcome monthly snowbird guests during the winter months, typically November through mid-March.
Enjoy mild Gulf Coast temperatures, peaceful beaches, incredible restaurants, and all the comforts of home.
With a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, spacious living areas, and access to the heated indoor pool, Lighthouse 1607 makes an excellent home away from home for extended stays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES
We want every guest to have a wonderful experience, so please review the following information before booking.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the reservation. Reservations made by guests under 25 are not permitted.
Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests. This limit includes adults and children.
Parking: Lighthouse features an on-site parking garage. Parking passes are required for vehicles and are purchased separately.
- Through December 31, 2026: $50 per vehicle
- Beginning January 1, 2027: $60 per vehicle
Parking fees are established by the condominium association and are subject to change.
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Rental Agreement & Identification: A signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID are required before arrival. Access information will not be provided until these requirements have been completed.
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Wi-Fi & Entertainment: Complimentary high-speed wireless internet and Smart TVs are provided for your convenience. Guests may log into their preferred streaming services using their personal accounts.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
At Coastal South Vacation Rentals, we want your arrival to be as easy and comfortable as possible.
Your condo will be professionally cleaned and prepared before your stay, with fresh linens and towels provided.
